Genghis Khan, the founder of the Mongol Empire, was a ruthless conqueror who understood the importance of crushing enemies totally. One of his defining strategies was to leave no survivors among his enemies, sending a clear message to others who might oppose him.

When Genghis Khan invaded the Khwarazmian Empire, he left nothing to chance. After the Khwarazmian ruler betrayed him, Genghis launched a brutal retaliation. Not only did he destroy cities, but he also ensured that no one who could oppose him remained. Entire towns were razed, and their populations were wiped out or enslaved.

By crushing his enemies so thoroughly, Genghis Khan ensured that fear of him spread far and wide. Other cities and empires chose to surrender without a fight, knowing that resistance meant complete annihilation. Genghis Khan’s method ensured the Mongol Empire expanded rapidly with minimal resistance.
