importance of consistency
Starting a new week, I’m reminded of the importance of consistency. “The Law of Change” has taught me that real growth happens over time, and it requires consistent effort. But staying consistent is easier said than done, especially when life gets in the way.
At work, I focus on maintaining the new habits I’ve started to form. It’s challenging because there are days when I just want to revert to my old ways, especially when things get tough. But I remind myself that consistency is key to lasting change.
In dance, I stick to my practice routine, even when I don’t feel like it. Some days are harder than others, and it’s tempting to skip practice when I’m tired or frustrated. But I
know that every session counts, even the difficult ones.
By the end of the day, I feel a sense of accomplishment in just sticking with it. Consistency isn’t always exciting, but it’s what builds the foundation for real change. It’s about showing up, day after day, even when it’s hard.
