Why Your Mind is the Key to Becoming Stronger Every Day
Have you ever noticed that sometimes when you’re doing something tough like running or doing pushups you start to feel really tired? It might feel like your body can’t do any more but guess what? It’s not your body that’s tired it’s your mind!
Our bodies are amazing creations by God. They can do so much more than we think! But sometimes our minds tell us to stop before our bodies are actually done. This is when we need to push a little harder.
Imagine your coach tells you to do 10 pushups. You start doing them and by the time you reach 8 you feel like you can’t do any more. But if you tell your body “Let’s try to do more,” you might be surprised! Maybe you can do 11, 12, or even 15 pushups!
Every day, if you push yourself just a little bit more your body gets stronger and stronger. It’s like telling your body “I know you can do this!” And guess what? Your body listens.
So remember the next time you feel tired try pushing just a little more. Your body can handle it! With a bit of hard work and a positive mindset you can become stronger every single day.
