how it’s helped me stay calm

Hello, Sunil here. Today I want to talk about embracing imperfection and how it’s helped me stay calm.

I used to be a perfectionist always striving for things to be just right. But I realized that this mindset was causing me more stress than anything else. Life isn’t perfect, and neither am I. So I decided to let go of the need for perfection.

In my writing, I’ve learned to accept that not every piece will be perfect. Sometimes, I write something that I’m not entirely happy with but that’s okay. What’s important is that I’m expressing myself and continuing to grow as a writer. Embracing imperfection has taken a lot of pressure off my shoulders and allowed me to enjoy the process more.

In life, too, I’ve started to accept that things won’t always go as planned. And when they don’t it’s okay. By embracing imperfection I’ve found a sense of calm that I didn’t have before. It’s a reminder that life is a journey, and it’s okay to stumble along the way.
